Privacy policy

Last updated: October 28, 2026

Slim Marty (“Slim Marty,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a marketing and technology company at 7110 W Higgins Ave, Chicago, IL 60656. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit slimmarty.com, contact us by form, phone, text or email, talk with our AI phone assistant, or book a meeting with us, and how we use and protect it.

Information We Collect

We collect information you give us directly, including:

• Your name, business name, phone number, email address and business address
• What you need help with, and any details you share about your business or project
• Meeting details: date, time, meeting type (at your location, at our office, or online) and the address for on-site meetings
• Messages you send us by form, text, email or phone, including your caller ID
• Information you share during calls with our AI phone assistant, as described below
• Billing details for clients. Payments are processed by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers.

When you use our website, we and our service providers may automatically collect technical information such as your browser and device type, pages visited, referring site and cookies.

How We Use Your Information

• To respond to your inquiry and call or text you back
• To schedule, confirm and remind you about meetings
• To prepare proposals and provide the services you hire us for
• To send invoices and process payments
• To improve our website, services and customer support
• To measure how well our website and advertising work
• To comply with the law and protect our business and clients

SMS/Text Messaging

If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive text messages, through the consent checkbox on our contact form or by saying yes when we ask on a call, Slim Marty may text you from (217) 335-6111 about your inquiry, scheduled meetings (confirmations and reminders) and project updates. We do not send marketing texts. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers that help us deliver the messages.

AI Phone Assistant

Some calls to our phone lines are answered by an automated AI assistant. It tells you it is an AI assistant at the start of the call. If you would rather speak with a person, just ask, and we will call you back.

How it works. To understand you and respond, what you say is processed in real time by our voice AI provider, its language-model provider and our telephone carrier. Calls answered by the assistant may be recorded and transcribed so we can follow up accurately and improve the service. We keep the details needed to follow up: your name, business, phone number, email, what you need, your preferred callback time and a short summary of the call.

Booking meetings. If you book a meeting, the assistant checks our calendar and creates the appointment in Google Calendar. It cannot change or cancel existing appointments.

No biometrics. We do not use voice identification and do not create voiceprints or collect any biometric identifiers.

Our Clients’ Customer Data

When we build websites, CRMs or AI phone agents for clients, we may process information about our clients’ own customers on their behalf. In those cases we act as a service provider: we use that information only to provide services to that client, under the client’s instructions, and the client’s own privacy policy applies to its customers.

Cookies and Analytics

Our website may use cookies and similar tools from analytics and advertising providers (such as Google) to understand how visitors use the site and to measure our ads. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

Information Sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run our business, such as website hosting, email and text messaging delivery, telephone and AI assistant services, calendar and video meeting tools, payment processing and accounting. They may use it only to provide services to us. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect our rights or safety, or as part of a sale or transfer of our business.

Data Retention and Security

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Choices

• Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving texts.
• Use the unsubscribe link in any email to stop marketing emails.
• Ask to speak with a person instead of the AI assistant at any time.
• Contact us to request a copy of your information, or to have it corrected or deleted. We may need to keep some information to complete services, for billing, or to meet legal requirements.

Children’s Privacy

Our services are for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when it was last changed.
